Aurora Not giving title in Lost Kingdom
Reasons:
1. LK Kingdom is not set
2. Coordinates are wrong
3. Commands did not specify Home Kingdom or LK
Solution
Type:
list set
➠ Check if LK Kingdom has been specified
➠ If it hasn't, type in LK Kingdom
set lk C12345
➠ It may not always be C , please check on your LK Realm (S or C)
➠ 12345 to be replaced with the LK Realm number
Aurora Claims it does not have an Alpha Title
Simple Fix
Type command
rst bot
Bot will reset itself and resolve the issue
Blacklisting or Blocking a User for Requesting
It is something that we are looking into and will implement in the future updates. Currently the only solution is through the Discord Timeout Feature.
The current version of Aurora does not have this feature available yet.
> This will stop the person from typing in a specific room for the duration of the timeout.
Can Aurora accept commands in other languages?
Unfortunately Aurora is only able to accept commands in English at this current point of time.
Disabling the Photo confirmation of Aurora
There is no function to do that currently.
As it was implemented to give visual confirmation for users.
This is something we have taken note of for future updates.

Why does certain Titles get Jammed
When a player does not type, done Aurora will wait until the timer is up to give the title for the next player.
However, if all the timers for all the titles are too close to each other Aurora will take some time to give out the title and the queue will get jam. Since all the timers expire at the same time.
